Out and about....parisian chic in the east end

Hard to believe that this is shot in the east end of London on one of my favourite streets, with one of my favourite people, as it has such a French flavour. It was wonderful to wander through the east end with Rosalind. We even made it up to Columbia Road market where Rosalind bumped into other bloggers she knew and was photographed again there by them. Rosalind is also posting her side of our story today so you can pop over to see her post by following this link.
In the pictures Rosalind is wearing a Beyond Retro vintage dress, her great-grandmothers jewellery, coat and Kangol beret from a charity shop and eBay heels.

Out and about....a month in the city

From Fashionistable

Those of you who have been following me for a while will have met the wonderful Rosalind from Clothes, Camera's and Coffee before. If this is the first time you are meeting her I urge you to follow the link and check out her blog you will be very glad you did. Last year (while she was still 16) Rosalind won the Vogue Talent Competition 2011. Part of her prize is to work for Vogue for a month, we met for lunch today and she is certainly enjoying her time there. There are great things ahead for Rosalind, watch this space, no, actually watch this one.
Today for work she wore a dress by Lazzari, vintage shirt and shoes and is carrying a bag that used to belong to her grandma. All her accessories are also vintage.
Thank you for your lovely thoughts re my camera. They replaced the shutter beautifully and as you can see I am happily up and running again. Love Dvora Xxxx

Out and about....The Incredible Miss Jana

From Fashionistable
During London Fashion Week Rosalind from Clothes Cameras and Coffee came to stay. If you haven't met her already I urge you to follow the link have a look at her work. She is an amazing young woman, it was wonderful to have her around. Not surprisingly she is a favourite of many of the other fashion week photographers too. Rosalind is stylish, beautiful and also a woman of substance, being one of the youngest winners of the Vogue Talent Contest, she will intern with them this summer. And in line with her ethical, values and background she was reporting for Oxfam during the shows.
